This program focuses on finding proper educational environments to develop the educational process and to achieve the required and desired goals through the improvement of the school environment by providing all required means and equipment that will help in improving the educational performance in the public Education schools in Hadhramout District as well as improving its outcomes so as to achieve a qualitative leap in public Education .
Development program of educational staff
This program is deemed to be a group of projects that aim to upgrade the levels of the educational leadership staff in the sector of education by providing a group of training courses aiming to provide the educational staff with all required skills and knowledge that will support them in doing their work in a very proper way in which will consequently contribute in improving the educational process . The program will include training in skills and leadership competencies as well as training the teachers bout the methods of integration of technology in the educational process .
Epidemics Control Program
This project focuses on supporting the efforts of the government to fight and control the epidemics that spread frighteningly from time to time , in order to reduce the mortality rate and resulting complications . This project also aims to enhance the health awareness of the individuals and the families to prevent the occurrence of the disease and to eliminate the places of the reproduction of the pathogens .
Rehabilitation of Water Projects
This project aims to rehabilitate the water projects in the areas suffering from drinking water scarcity .
Talents Supporting program
This program supports the activities and programs that care of talented students and their entities in Hadhramout which is represented by the Academy of talented people in Seyoun District and other similar institutions , these bodies carry out variable programs and activities in different fields such as : The robots , Signing , painting , teaching mathematics e.t.c in a developed scientific way different from the public and private schools . Such educational bodies will participate in the competitions and the Arabic and International competition programs and they have already achieved advanced ranks , this program will also takes care of inventors and provides a better environment for them .
Girl Education
We believe in the girls' right to education and the need to provide equal opportunities for both sexes to obtain quality education and job opportunities for women, especially girls in rural areas.
Al-Awn Scholarship Program (New Horizon Leaders - NHL)
The scientific and academic qualification of the children of any society remains an urgent necessity to provide the scientific qualifications required to meet the needs in all areas required by the process of construction and development in society and to achieve stability and progress in it. Income in the community and the presence of many people with distinguished academic levels from high school and university graduates, the need justifies the existence of a qualifying program in the field of university studies and beyond that contributes to the graduation of capable cadres who can fill the need, alleviate much suffering and achieve more development.

This program seeks to improve the organizational environment of Hadramout University, which contributes to the advancement and progress of its programs, and to meet the quality standards in higher education in order to gain the trust of students, their parents, employers, and society in general.
Estidama Center
A center specialized in empowering third-sector institutions and related parties by building the administrative and institutional capabilities of the targeted parties and providing financial and technical support to find effective and sustainable institutions capable of meeting the needs of the targeted communities.
Rehabilitation of youth for the labor market
A program that specializes in youth, building their capacities and empowering them economically through specialized training in various vocational and craft fields, and financing their projects. And the Empowerment of Youth Initiatives and Institutions project, which aims to establish a specialized and qualified unit to support voluntary youth initiatives, as well as a project to study the reality of youth in Hadramout Governorate.
Training for Empowerment
Our partnership with youth focuses on capacity building to enhance youth employment opportunities to reduce unemployment and address poverty and marginalization. The Foundation has launched its program in order to provide trainees with skills that qualify them to enter the labor market and give them the opportunity to improve their social and economic standard of living.

Distributing meat (sacrificial animals) to bring joy and pleasure to poor families on religious occasions to create an atmosphere of joy and draw a smile on them.
Emergency Relief and Shelter Program
This project targets to help the orphans and the poor families which have been affected by the natural disasters in both Hadhramout & Al-mahara Governorates as well as the governorates like Abyan & Sa'ada which have been affected by the civil wars in order to relieve their suffering , give them the required support and make them feel that they have real brothers who real concern about their suffering hereby different humanitarian services were provided including ( Food , Clothes , sheets , construction of housing units and establishing projects for drinking water ) .
