The program seeks to establish a culture of scientific research and invention among youth and society in general. Developing the research capabilities of faculty members, assistant faculty members and research centers in the Republic, raising the scientific level and the contribution of researchers to solving the problem of society through scientific research because of its importance in the development and advancement of society.
