Program Summary
This program is deemed to be a group of projects that aim to upgrade the levels of the educational leadership staff in the sector of education by providing a group of training courses aiming to provide the educational staff with all required skills and knowledge that will support them in doing their work in a very proper way in which will consequently contribute in improving the educational process . The program will include training in skills and leadership competencies as well as training the teachers bout the methods of integration of technology in the educational process .

Teachers & School management development Program
This project aims to find out a professional teacher Model who is going to be an example for the other teachers in improving the performance and development of teaching methodology . Finding out the successful headmaster model who will professionally run the school so as to improve the administrative performance of the educational process inside the school .
Rehabilitation Program of the education ministry's leaders
It aims to rehabilitate the leaders of the ministry of education in the aspects that are related to their leadership and administrative job in order to obtain different skills and knowledge in the field of planning , crisis management and effective supervision
The teachers Club ( Seyoun District )
This club is meant for teachers to meet and for organizing different activities such as: the seminars , scientific and cultural forums that seek to sort out all issues related to education and general affairs of people plus sport activities in coordination with the ministry of education in Al-wadi and desert Districts – Hadhramout Governorate . The club is well-equipped and contains a scientific & cultural library , gyms , internet Hall and training hall in order to create an educational complex in which they exchange the useful ideas plus experiences which will contribute in upgrading the qualities of the teachers and develop them .
Rehabilitation of the teachers ( Female ) in Doa'an Valley
This project is meant to enable a number of 32 students ( Female ) of secondary school who live in the rural areas in the valley of Doa'an to obtain a diploma certificate in order to cover the teachers shortage existing in the basic education schools for girls in the valley .
Supporting the educational programs of Hadhramout Foundation For Human development
It focuses on supporting the educational process throughout the programs that aim to develop the capacities and enhance the skills besides finding good proper opportunities for the continuous education . This project also focuses on rehabilitating and enhancing the competencies to acquire more knowledge , experiences , technical skills and modern technologies which will lead to more creativity , more production and innovation as it is deemed to be a main axis for a comprehensive development which is the main goal .
Vocational Development Program For teachers
This program mainly consists of four stages that aim to enable the teachers to devise computerized periods to make the education a participatory process which is not only limited for the teacher but also it will affect the students , the teachers will be taught the technics of dealing with the computer and the skills of presentation in addition to the use of internet as a safe educational mean in which the information and activities will be all shared in a participatory groups and websites that will encourage the teachers and the students to express their opinions , interact actively and make use of such information .
Al-awn Supplementary Teacher program
To contribute in minimizing the shortage of teachers due to the stoppage of any new employment by the government for more than five years respectively , this project mainly aimed to provide incentives for some contracted teachers during the years 2015-2016 with an eye to have stable conditions in the country in the near future .
