Program Summary
Our partnership with youth focuses on capacity building to enhance youth employment opportunities to reduce unemployment and address poverty and marginalization. The Foundation has launched its program in order to provide trainees with skills that qualify them to enter the labor market and give them the opportunity to improve their social and economic standard of living.

Empowerment — This field includes supporting programs that contribute to empowering third sector institutions, whether by supporting the development of their organizational structure and human cadres (creating or completing their administrative systems, training and developing their human cadres), or achieving financial sustainability for them, in addition to any strategic initiatives that contribute to enabling these institutions.

Graduates Empowerment
Training in the disciplines required in the labor market through direct training in the Arab Republic of Egypt through companies and institutions in the same field. The project included three training areas: human resource management - TV reporter - interior design - script writing.

Technical training for the girl
The project aims to provide 60 female students with science and knowledge in some areas of technology, due to its great role in the life of contemporary society, which expands the awareness of girls about modern technology and the mechanisms for benefiting from it in public life and its role in improving the lifestyle of society. The project also aims to develop skills The experiences of the participants in several technical fields, including: (the field of designing websites, building mobile phone applications, and maintaining tours and computers), so that after the completion of the project, girls will be able to own a private job opportunity that allows them to work from their homes without the need for public markets and direct contact with owners Shops, research and work in a working environment that weakens their privacy and the privacy of their female customers. The project will also provide the initial bags for the field of work so that the girls can practice their work immediately after the completion of the project.

Life skills for college girls

TVT Technical and Vocational Training
Opening three new training fields for young people in the Industrial Technical Institute in Mukalla and Seiyun by training 6 teachers in the Republic of Egypt and transferring knowledge to the students of the institutes and equipping the departments of the two institutes in Mukalla and Seiyun with the necessary equipment for practical training.
