Program Summary
A program that specializes in youth, building their capacities and empowering them economically through specialized training in various vocational and craft fields, and financing their projects. And the Empowerment of Youth Initiatives and Institutions project, which aims to establish a specialized and qualified unit to support voluntary youth initiatives, as well as a project to study the reality of youth in Hadramout Governorate.

Empowerment — This field includes supporting programs that contribute to empowering third sector institutions, whether by supporting the development of their organizational structure and human cadres (creating or completing their administrative systems, training and developing their human cadres), or achieving financial sustainability for them, in addition to any strategic initiatives that contribute to enabling these institutions.

As a result of the repeated successes of the program during the previous four stages, it was necessary to make an evaluation of the program and update the methods used in the training process, as well as update the curricula, choose fixed curricula and adopt specific courses in the light of what was implemented before during the previous period.

The project is concerned with training young people from high school and university graduates on vocational aspects in order to provide them with a profession and help them find work and work on evaluating the previous stages of the program and working on updating it.
