This program focuses on finding proper educational environments to develop the educational process and to achieve the required and desired goals through the improvement of the school environment by providing all required means and equipment that will help in improving the educational performance in the public Education schools in Hadhramout District as well as improving its outcomes so as to achieve a qualitative leap in public Education .

The portable laboratories of Sciences & Mathematics
This project aims to cover the basic needs in the public education schools that need practical means to apply the necessary knowledge in this stage by providing portable labs that are created by some professors and teachers in the technical guidance department at the education ministry office in the desert and Al-wadi Districts , the idea of the portable labs for the mathematics & sciences subjects was generated as a result of studies and proposals that were presented in this field . the ideas focuses to provide all necessary materials and equipment that are required to carry out the essential experiments as well as to explain the complex theories and make it more simple for the minds of the students . These laboratories are locally made and 90 % of the used materials inside the labs are made of the raw materials of the local environment which is extremely money-saving and this will implant great values capabilities in our students on how to make use of the local wealth in the different life scopes . .
School Libraries For the Secondary Education In Hadhramout
This project mainly aims to provide model Libraries in some Secondary Schools in Hadhramout in order to encourage reading among students and extend their culture , to implant the greatest habits and behaviours for seeking the information from the its reference , encouraging the spirit of competition , creativity and innovation of the educational performance plus increasing the level of knowledge . Providing important references for the teachers so as to enrich their knowledge in the fields that they are interested in ,at the recent time ten school libraries were provided and established in eight secondary schools in Hadhramout : four libraries were provided in the coastal area of Hadhramout including four secondary schools in Mukalla city : Belquis Secondary School , Bin-Shahab Secondary School , Al-meena Secondary School , Rokub Secondary School and Bin-Mahfoudh secondary School ) other four school libraries were provided and established in the valley and desert area of Hadhramout including : Al-ghuraf Secondary school for girls , Omer Bin-Alkhattab Secondary School in Tareem district , Tareem secondary School For boys , Al-qatan Secondary School for boys plus Jamal Abdulnasser Secondary School in Sana'a .
Mobile Classrooms
In these mobile classrooms , the classroom is fixed so the study room will be specified for the teacher of one of the school subjects ,this study room will be fully equipped with all required materials for the subject and the school administration will deliver this study room for the subject teacher in the beginning of the school year with its all contents so the teacher then will prepare it in accordance with the required teaching methods of the subject .

The personalities and behaviours of the students are deemed to be important factors in helping to achieve success of the educational process in the public primary and secondary schools that will reflect either the positive or negative effects of the students towards their school , teachers , families and society in general . Focusing upon the positive behaviour and enhancing the values of morals among students plus the value of volunteering will all actively participate to create a good individual in the society and a student who really takes care of education for better future and feeling the responsibility towards their educational levels plus deepening their belonging to the educational environment for creating a proper educational atmosphere in the school . The project ( My values are in my school ) mainly aims to enhance the positive behaviours in the students throughout the volunteerism in schools via different activities including the workshops , volunteer courses and initiatives , cultural activities and plays that will all enhance the value of the school in the hearts of the students .

This project mainly aims to reduce the damage occurs in the public property inside the schools and to maximize the sustainability of the public property of the schools by creating work teams inside the schools besides the provision of central maintenance shops and other mobile ones in order to carry out the periodic continuous maintenance operations for the schools .
