This field includes supporting programs that contribute to empowering third sector institutions, whether by supporting the development of their organizational structure and human cadres (creating or completing their administrative systems, training and developing their human cadres), or achieving financial sustainability for them, in addition to any strategic initiatives that contribute to enabling these institutions.
Training for Empowerment
Our partnership with youth focuses on capacity building to enhance youth employment opportunities to reduce unemployment and address poverty and marginalization. The Foundation has launched its program in order to provide trainees with skills that qualify them to enter the labor market and give them the opportunity to improve their social and economic standard of living.
Estidama Center
A center specialized in empowering third-sector institutions and related parties by building the administrative and institutional capabilities of the targeted parties and providing financial and technical support to find effective and sustainable institutions capable of meeting the needs of the targeted communities.
Rehabilitation of youth for the labor market
A program that specializes in youth, building their capacities and empowering them economically through specialized training in various vocational and craft fields, and financing their projects. And the Empowerment of Youth Initiatives and Institutions project, which aims to establish a specialized and qualified unit to support voluntary youth initiatives, as well as a project to study the reality of youth in Hadramout Governorate.
